This would be a ridiculous signing. Why on earth do we need another flippin' centre mid!? This is the whole reason why we failed to get promoted last season. Sean O'Driscoll tried to fit them all into the same team and couldn't. Billy Davies stuck Cohen at left back but even then the side was imbalanced with Lansbury and Majewski/Reid supposedly playing wide. Yes it looks like McGugan is going but we don't need to replace him! Sign a left back and then Cohen can move back into midfield replacing McGugan.
Ludicrous.

I'd sooner we go for a winger or 2. Losing McGugan isn't going to be such a big loss. To replace him with King will be a backward move. We need width.
Perhaps we are looking at selling Pep and we are looking at options.

King is one of Fester's better performers so I'd say it is highly unlikely they'd sell. McGugan may yet stay too.

EMT just clarified that Forest are not interested in King, and have made no approach for him.
Also, Fawaz has been twittering today, no specific news but he seems keen to reassure us all that everyone is busily working to build a good squad for next season.
