@tancredipalmeri: Yesterday Tottenham bid 20m € for Paulinho. Moments ago Paulinho himself just confirmed that his agent is in England.

Looks like this could be Parker`s replacement, a box to box defensive CM.

Also with an eye for goal and excellent aerial prowess he would be an improvement on Scotty.

Bernard would be awesome. Only issue would be he's small, young, only played in Brazil. So you'd maybe worry about him adapting to England
