he was supposed to have said after the semi final defeat against palace that he had taken Brighton as far as he could. Now if a club hires you to manage and you feel you cant go any further than the championship, as an employer you are going to want better surely. I can fully understand Brighton wanting more ambition from their manager given they have just got a fantastic new stadium. Surely Poyet should be saying if we are beaten here in the semi Next year we must strive for automatic promotion, not throw in the towel.

Was it at the same time the Sunderland job came up.

But Edin, again that wouldn't explain the suspension of two of his coaches.

I heard that Nolberti Solano had dropped in with a package of his finest Peruvian and the chairman caught them all at it.

I don't care for the opinions of racist apologists, that includes Liverpool fans, you all look pretty fookin stupid now after all the support for Suarez he wants the hell out of Liverpool.

Still defending him even though he has shown little appreciation of the support he's received. He points the finger at the press and they lap it up.

They look pretty stupid now.

I live down near Brighton so read the local press a bit. From what I've read I think he said something about being open to taking a job in the PL should one become available. Paul Barber thought this was tantamount to breach of contract and suspended him. For the life of me though I don't know why they suspended Oatway & Taricco as well.

I think there's something gone on that we're not privy to.

Shame really. I like Brighton and would've liked to have seen them in the PL in the next couple of seasons.
