ITK's

Like many of you I use social media for the latest news relating to Arsenal and general football gossip.

However over the last couple of years I have noticed a distinct change in quality of information between the traditionally reliable (BBC, Sky Sports etc) sources when compared the ridiculously sensationalist and often spurious Goal.com, Metro etc etc

While it is known that many ‘media outlets’ will simply generate a story to gain readership, get hits on web page etc I have found (on Twitter) that it is just as beneficial to follow both the usually dependable accounts as well as the anecdotal twaddle from others.

There are now even ‘parody’ ITK type accounts like @TransferLeaker and @IvanTheKnow who seem just to take the preverbal out of the genuine ITK’s.

Anyone have any favourites, or recommend a particular account to follow?
