Jordi Alba signed for Barcelona last summer for 14m Euros (11m quid) and he's twice the player Baines is and he's younger too.
£12m for a 28 yr old left back who has never won a bean in his career, never been a regular international and only has 2 yrs left on his current deal is a fair price. Generous even.
We only paid £7m for Evra when we got him from Monaco.
