If anyone is in any doubt why Gareth Bale wants to play for one of the top 6 Teams in the world is because of this.

I don't want the guy to leave, I love the fact he has become the player is while he's been at Spurs, but if for the last two seasons we had had players around him that deserve to be there and played 50% of the quality he has then we would be in Champions league and he would want to stay.

Lets hope he wants to play alongside the likes of David Villa and Paulinho next season!!

I'm with 'Fred'.

'Ste'. Everyone would love to see their best players stay but i'm with you bud. Seeing a talent like Bale (in this instance) fulfil his potential is sometimes just as rewarding.
