BBC Claims that Forrester has Signed

Nothing yet on the OS, but the BBC is quoting Brentford as stating that Forrester has now signed for Rovers.

On Sky it says his contract is up but Brentford are still entitled to compensation because of his age.
I expect if they can't agree it will go to a tribunal, so it looks like a new striker for us.
