The national team are now 50th in the world according to the FIFA rankings! A massive leap of 24 places.
We should try to beat teams more often.
On a serious note, this is a big boost to the national team for seedings and pots for future draws.
Just to show how absolutely realistic these rankings are, Brazil have jumped up 13 places to 9th in the world while England have slipped to 15th and Colombia sit 3rd.

What was the name of the boy that got shot for scoring the og in USA 94?
Seemed a bit harsh at the time to be honest...

Ivan that was Andre Escobar and the og just meant he got his team sent home so he got shot earlier than he would have been.
Don't do drugs, don't buy drugs, don't sell drugs and you are less likely to get shot over drugs

There's a great documentary called The Two Escobars that contrasts the lives of Pablo and Andres, shows the spirit of the nation as their greatest ever football team goes to the WC, and looks at the political and social strife of the time brought on by Pablo and the other cartels workings. Worth looking out for.
