six more plus what we have already brought in. 3/4 sponsors from Kuwait. Forest also looking to be televised in every game out there

I think that's a bit unfair on Blackstock, Hoons, I can see him benefiting from having wingers again, supplying him with crosses instead of having to deal with balls lumped to him down the middle. In fact, with a decent supply, I could see him and Henderson being very useful next season.
There are a few players we wouldn't miss though, and we all know who they are, so hopefully we'll see 6 new faces and get rid of 3-4 old ones.

Derbyshire, Miller and Greening to leave ideally. That they haven't yet suggests no one will take on the wages. Perhaps Billy can get Miller playing well?

I don't think it's too harsh FaF .. he was worse than useless towards the end of last season. This was more to do with his attitude rather than poor service. I hope I'm proven wrong though, I know he can play a lot better than he did.

Yes Rev agreed. Perhaps hold on to Gillet as back up for Pep. It's ridiculous that our only LB is so poor after so many years without one. Cohen does a good job but I'd rather have a specialist. It's a poison chalice in a way because no-one will ever live up to Psycho. I'm surprised we haven't gone for Shorey who was excellent in that short spell.

Don't think we can get rid of Gillett or Harding until there's something else in their place. Also, I'd still like to see Miller given a chance - only cos I remember him looking awesome against us a few times bombing down the left.

If Miller can get match fit you never know. He has shown in the past at Man City and WBA that he can play. He could come good just like David Johnson under Hart. I don't think anyone will take him at the moment with his astronomical wages so he may as well have a go.
I agree Blackstock could benefit from a winger putting in crosses from the byline for him to attack. He isn't a target man as his timing isn't great and he fouls his man too often. It isn't his strength.
Derbyshire may be one that Billy could have a word with and get something out of. I can only see him as an impact sub at best, though.
Harding isn't as bad as some are making out and may benefit from the added competition of Jara and Lichaj in the full back positions.
Gillett is well worth keeping as back up to Guedioura. He is competent enough in this league. Just needs clear instructions not to dwell on the ball ala Derby away! Pep is liable to suspension or two due to the whole hearted way he plays so Gillett will be needed at some point inevitably.
Greening is an enigma. He has played at a higher level but just doesn't seem to be able to do it in a Forest shirt. Can't see what he can offer to the Forest midfield that others don't do better and more consistently.

Derbyshire had a good game and linked well with Paterson, he hit the post and set-up Millers goal I think. Also, Blackstock scored and Greening played RB.
I think we'll see fringe players out on loan instead of being sold as surey no-one will pay their big wages. I'd imagine they will do quite well as players usually up their games when contracts / money are being discussed and so we might actually see them providing some value. For gods sake I hope they don't fool us into signing them up again though!!
I see Pearson posted has another article on SkySports about not wanting Morgan & Schmeichel to leave. I think the sale is well out of his hands and despite what he says they could well be sold. It would also be a good excuse for him to leave and someone else be brought in.
If we have made many bids then I wonder if we have consider the Nigerian CB Oboabona and Brighton's Ulloa? The CB is still playing in Nigeria and at 22 is being tracked by a host of teams and Brighton's Ulloa is one in two and was for me their best player at the CG.
We still need a CB and a striker at the least. If Mulenga is brought in as RW then it looks as if we are looking at least two in every position as this is also Paterson's favoured position. That could mean a LW and DM with cover for Reid and Guedioura, with Moussi moving on and McLaughlin out on loan. Maybe an AM and maybe another FWD on top of that though.
Honestly though, if we get a CB of Morgan's quality, Mulenga and another striker who can score roughly one in two then we should be top 6.
It's going to be tough this year though...Bolton, Reading, Watford and Wigan are the stand out teams with us. Not forgetting Brighton, Leicester and QPR and even Charlton who finished strongly, or was that Sheff Weds?
