Can't believe the way we played today after defending so well against Westbrom pre season last week. Why oh why are we still playing pitman on the wing when we know he doesnt have pace and looks uncomfortable in that possition. He's a striker Keith learn from last season and play him upfront with Maynard. Now on to Nicky Maynard the man himself says he is one of the best strikers in the championship well prove it again because the way he played against Westbrom last week and his body language today told me something Isn't the same with him he didn't look fit he didn't put himself in any creative roll apart from twice in the whole match. Does he still want to be the top striker in this division because judging on todays and last weeks games he best sign a new contract with us or risk us leaving him out and forcing us to buy or loan a new striker SORT IT OUT NICK... Young Bobby Reid is hungry and would have done better today i bet my life on that and Joe Edwards would have been better in defence with louis carey and even though our defence was rubbish in the 2nd half id have to give Gerkin a start before too many more errors from James costs us 10 games without a win again and puts us in a battle to stay in the 2nd half of the table let alone the top half. Yes its only the first league game but with 33 players to pick from choose the best 11 and play them in there right possitions and please put pitman upfront not on the wing and show Maynard some competition for top striker in our team please...
