Terrible

So Danny Welbeck has scored 6 times in 26 appearances for Sunderland last season whereas Daniel Sturridge netted 8 times in 12 appearances while on loan for Bolton for half of last season. So who would you pick in the England squad?

Obviously Welbeck according to Mr Capello.

At least it is just a friendly.

Sturridge is better by far.

Welbeck isn't a bad player, I like him. But Sturridge is so much better. Let's not dispute that, Welbeck reminds me of Agbonlahor and Gyan - lots of pace and work-rate and will try his hardest but when it comes to the knitty gritty, natural finishing and tactical thinking they're lacking

i completely disagree. Welbeck is one of the most technically gifted strikers in the League. He is the opposite of what you just described him as. Saying all of that, Sturrdge is a BIT better.
