I don't really know much about him to be honest although he seems a steady centre half at this level which would be just the job. As long as he's good in the air I don't care what else he does as we're still brittle defending set pieces.

My mate who is a Hull season ticket holder really rates him, and is pretty annoyed that they're letting him go. Hopefully this one will come off!!!

My cousins live there. The accent's almost as bad as Brum, and the place is more depressing than a Slipknot song.

Seems like Hull are going to miss him, from what I've been reading on various forums. Most think he'd do a better job than Davies (One of their starting CB's) in the Premier League.
His weakness seems to be his speed. But he's reliable and composed on the ball.
Most feel he's being let go because his wages have increased since being promoted (due to a contract clause) and they need to free up money for players in other areas. Yet they seem to think he'd command a transfer fee in the region of £2m.
If he is a £2m player, then it's definitely good business to take him on a loan, pay his wages and then sign him at the end of his contract. Heck, we're potentially saving £1.8m+.
All in all... sounds good. Let's hope the medical team have sobered up.
