There is always bad stuff going down somewhere in the world, even as we speak. I guess it's only relative if you are directly involved, the rest of the world carries on functioning as normal.
Technically I am telling porkies, the siege didn't start until the later months of 1991. I've just realised this thread is in relation to the FA cup win of 91
