after the theft of productions from the original case and their subsequent disclosure on national tv the appeal is doomed.

Murrays cases against HMRC and others in regard to these thefts and disclosures will be of more interest. HMRC cant investigate while the case is still live.

wonder if that's the point of the appeal.

ken muir is one of the judges on this case. he has stated to many in the tribunals service that the verdict was "bullet proof"

the appeal is to explore and confirm the legality of the verdict

the fact that the 2 tax lawyers voted in favour of rangers compared to a tax accountant gives it less credence
