Great article. Seems to have it pegged. For me, even
if this season is only one game old, it's time for Grayson to either be let go or resign. He's either inept or not backed. Either way, time's up. Bates, though, is the real problem. Until he's gone, things won't get better.

I've said a lot of this already ie bates not wanting to keep plates that are Grayson favourites etc.

We no longer hear the bates quotes about how he has the best relationship he's ever had with a manager in his relationship with Grayson.

It's just a matter of time now and bates is never slow to sack a manager.

I love your iPhone, Jonty. Grayson probably does have favourite plates.

Why can't he be inept and not backed?

It's interesting that Bates said last season was a missed opportunity. If he saw it as such a big opportunity, why would he not provide funds to strengthen? Perhaps he did and Grayson did what he thought was best.

iPhone is great but it doesn't have a football oriented predictive text!

I genuinely believed we could get auto after going to qpr game IF the resources were used correctly.

I think Grayson might have thought the same thing but just didn't know how to use the resources.
