West Ham could get relegated. We could even go into League Two. We could be playing Burton Albion at the OS in front of 10 people. - THIS IS FACT.

But the fact is that we'll have a brand new, state-of-the-art 60k stadium with excellent transport links. You never will. - THIS IS SPECULATION

rather be a team fighting the top 4 with quality players watching great football in a decent stadium like ours with great atmosphere than a team like yours with mediocre players in a mediocre league playing infront of a half empty bowl that has a running track around it You get my drift?
