Disastrous Summer

The way everything has been handled at the club has been nothing short of pathetic. If Gill and Ferguson was here, I honestly believe we would be in a better situation. It looks like we will not sign a single decent CM. Why was we not in for Thiago? Why did we bother with the Fabregas deal for so long. It's obvious as day he would not join. He is at a better club who have more potential to win things. So why would he leave? The club have underestimated the situation. Now honestly we would do well to keep Nani and Rooney to even have a chance of competing next season. If we lose both of those we will be in a worse off position than at the start of the transfer window. United should do all is possible to keep Rooney, even though most of us want to sell him. We won't get Bale or Ronaldo. It's not gonna happen. So it's best we keep Rooney. Nani is better than Young and Zaha. Lets not kid ourselves that Zaha is going to be the savior and score and assist nearly as much as Nani, if played consistently.

Signings? I see no reason why Modric would join us. He is playing regularly enough for Madrid and the fact is, they have a better chance of silverware than us. The squad we have is hardly going to compete in the champions league. Fellaini is the best we can get and we need to hope the likes of Cleverley and Anderson show some good form.
