QPR are after Nathaniel Clyne from Crystal Palace now as they have been priced out of a move for Kyle Naughton. They tried to nick him off us in January with a loan of their own but we offered more money and they couldnt compete financially with us. So just how much do Tottenham want for Naughton. 1 thing Sven should do. Get him on a season long loan again and then agree to pay X amount of million at the end of the season depending on if we get promoted as we will happily pay the money then. Lets just hope Spurs are sensible as he isnt worth 5-6M as he hasnt played in the prem yet so is still. He is more then good enough for the Championship but is that as far as he can go. I think he is good enough for the prem but a season long loan and then agreeing to pay big money latter seems to be the best solution all round. Pay around 1M for the loan and they take a 1M off the value at the end of the season as some sort of deposit

Not really.
I don't think Naughton will sign for us and I was rather hoping we'd get Nathaniel instead.

Well, given that QPR's owners aren't exactly skint and they have the promotion cash as well to spend, it does beg the question 'how much do Spurs actually want for him' because I'd imagine QPR's Premiership budget is the same as our Championship budget.
I still think that Naughton will end up at a PL side.
