I don't rate Pep as highly as a lot of people. Personally, I think a lot of very average managers could have achieved success with the same group of players.

Having Messi, then the likes of Xavi and Iniesta in their prime with the other players pep had at his disposal it's no surprise he achieved what he did.

That group of player would have been a success regardless of the manager; you just have to look at the recent success enjoyed by the Spanish national team which is essentially Barca + Ramos + Casillas.
