Your ex-player has been training with Bradford City for the past fortnight and it looks as though he might sign this week.
I can't remember him playing at Valley Parade in the final match of your promotion season so what can we expect?
Phil Parkinson has assembled a tight squad of like minded individuals and given supporters a team to be proud of. This season's starting 11 will probably only show 1 change from the play-off winners so if he does join de Vita will be a squad member.
I hope your management position is soon sorted and wish you well for the forthcoming season.
Raffaele de Vita - a team player?

Would make an excellent signing for you guys. Great bloke as a player and person, will play where ever he is asked to play, and always tries to make a telling contribution to the game. fast enough on the wing for League One, a position he is used to and has the ability up front to score goals. Commitment is always there, as are decent skills, passing ability and interplay with others, not a selfish player. At this level of football he is almost the perfect man. He rarely seems to get injured and just does his best. Will be very sorely missed here at CG this season because at times he would just fashion a goal from nothing. With a decent manager like Parkinson he will do better than he did under the idiot that was here for 18 months. Your gain, our loss, loved watching him, and hoping for one of his magic moments.

I'd echo SF's comments...he'd be a good acquisition for you and would never let you down. Sign him up!
Good luck for next season.

Inconsistent. Can play fantastic one game, and be completely missing the next. Not the quickest, but has a great first touch and a great delivery. Will pop up with a few goals too. Started this season on fire for us but died away towards the end.

Many thanks for your input. It looks as if he'll be a good addition to the squad.

He's signed a 1 year deal and will probably make his debut in the Cup game v Huddersfield.

EB, you've made some good signings in the close season and with the impetus from your excellent last season I think you're going to do well. I'm predicting a top 6 finish for you.
