Just having a little look round the tinterweb and it would appear the Charlie Austin deal has fell through.
Can't really be bothered to quote sources etc.
The reasons I have read about are a combination of wages and medical problems.
I wonder who is next to be hailed as the possible 20 goal a season machine? There is bound to be one in line!
Austin deal falls through.....apparently

The Austin thing is only rumour as far as I can see. I've seen nothing to say we have actually made a bid unlike Leadbitter, Morgan, Wilson etc. News would have come out as a firm bid.

Also having a little look through this guys previous posts and you could hardly describe it as very accurate. You could say if you throw enough of something eventually some of it will stick.
Proving a point by doing exactly the same as the people he's criticising . Hmmmm

I havent seen any hard evidence that we've even put in a bid, never mind that we have and that its fallen through.
But it does feel like we're after him. A Fawaz tweet will answer all

The trouble with this sort of thing on twitter is that it generates a lot of anger that is then aimed at Fawaz and the club, despite no indication whatsoever that we've made any attempt to sign him.

So to sum it up, twitter goes bonkers with rumours that we're signing him, we don't sign him, twitter goes bonkers saying the deal has gone through.
In short there was no deal and twitter is full of fools.
