Take a fookin boo my son!! That was a world class performance. The hunger in these young players was unbelievable. And with the Likes of Fletcher, Chico, Park, Valencia etc to come back...
I can remember half of you complaining about the Young signing and saying that Anderson wouldn't make it. Well they were both beast!
and with a certain Dutchman potentially joining...Be afraid rivals. Be very afraid

Anderson was superb today. Big season for him this, a lot of people forget about the trouble he's had with injuries in recent years. I'm expecting BIG things from him this season.

I always believed that we paid 17m for him. However I have seen people say it is more. I think some claim 26m.

sky sports reported that the combined spend on nani, anderson and hargo was about 50m. So it couldn't be 26m

I'm pretty sure that Porto reported a fee if 30m euro, which is about 26m. United never disclosed a figure. I do actually think we paid that much.

Sure Nani cost around 25 million Euro's did he not? Which is around £21 million i think.

Nani was 13m. Actually I am wrong about Ando, he didn't cost 26m. It was some internet rumour started by a wum
who produced a supposed Porto document that said he cost 30m. It was spotted as being fake due to poor translation

yes it was 30million euros but that was in 2007 and the excahnge rate has changed massively since then. At the time 30 million euros was 18/19 million pounds whereas its now around 26 million pounds. so the actual figure we paid must be between the 2 as im sure 18 million wasn't paid up front.

This idiot was actually a United fan and he used to pretend that he was a "Red Star Belgrade fan in peace"
