Alan Green was getting on a bit and getting on most people's nerves. Still, he was miles better than either than Hanson or Lawrenson. In fact he was and is better than the two of them put together. And their wages for such pearls of wisdom?? I dread to think. Truly shi te quality, boringly predictable.
