Hmm, not too sure how I feel about this. If it's 6 mill then it's a decent price, but he was a good squad member to have about. Won't ever forget his goals vs man utd though: ended the curse at old Trafford and then indirectly led me to being chatted up on fb

Should have kept him IMO , His a lot better than some of the shat we have in the squad .

I think it's the right move. Where was he going to fit in? You got a new winger in and also have Townend, Bale and Lennon who are natural wingers and better in that position than Dempsey. In attacking midfield you've got Bale, Holtby and Sigurdsson and whilst some may suggest Dempsey is better than the latter two, they are much younger and have the potential.

If you got £6m for him then you've got a great deal.
