The Bears are Revolting

Tony Kerrigan, Erskine, said: “I keep hearing that this will finally be McCoist’s team after September 1. He’s been in charge of the team for three years.

“He’s deflected the Forfar loss on to Green, but it’s time he manned-up and stopped hiding from the results."

William King, Hamilton, added: “Can someone let McCoist know that Green doesn’t pick the team. There were several internationals in the side at Forfar. Enough is enough.

“McCoist says it would be bad luck to have the worst team and the worst chief executive at the same time, well we’ve also got the worst manager."

It was almost non-stop. Jimmy Millar, Knightswood said: “I’m disgusted with what is happening at Ibrox and every game now looks like it could be McCoist’s last."

Jim McMurran, Stevenson, added: “I agree with Craig Mather when he asks where certain people were a year ago, but McCoist is the worst manager we’ve had in 50 years. He’s way out of his depth."

Robert Lee, Troon, said: “McCoist says he wants reasons why Rangers were fined last year by the SFA and Hearts were not. Well we want reasons from him for what is happening on the pitch." Rangers’ failings dominated the chat, with Green also under fire. Isabella Livingstone, Glasgow, said: “He is going to cause problems by coming back. In fact, he’s already doing so."

Joe Kane, High Blantyre, added: “I have mates and family who are Rangers supporters and this guy coming back is a disgrace.

“I really feel for McCoist and the genuine Rangers fans because he is the last thing they need right now."

There is always a comedian and Daniel Caldwell, Kielty, said: “I’m still laughing at David Templeton’s talk about Rangers maybe winning one of the domestic cups. Hilarious."

On another matter, Alan McCaw, Alloa, was extremely unhappy at the Rangers fans setting off flares at Station Park.

He said: “Rangers need to sort this out because it is spoiling the enjoyment of the game for most of the supporters.

“If that means searching every fan on their way into the ground and causing big delays, then so be it."
