Does anyone know if there's anything in the rumours that Konch is on his way to QPR?
I don't believe The Mail, The Mirror or The Guardian has reported this, so there could easily be a scrap of truth in it. I can see how he'd fit with Harry, much the same as he did for Sven.
Personally, I'm torn. I find him pretty steady, which is more than can be said for our pre-Konch crop of LB's. There again, he's getting on and I'd imagine will be on a decent contract.
As long as we get a half-decent fee, this could be one that suits both clubs.

Well I missed this in the mail?
Lets put this down to the FFP any high earners are under threat.
Maybe that's why Konch now has a hairstyle.

As long as the new guy (you know, the one who didn't make the bench on Saturday) is good enough, then this could be a good move - at least financially. Personally I don't mind an awful lot either way. He has been professional during his time here, but I don't know how well he can last any more.

That's a good point Dunge.
Whilst I wouldn't be sad to see Konch go, you can't deny he's been anything but committed and professional for us and for that, I'd wish him well.
