Anyone not following utd transfer news would think there's basis to it since Moyes has been his manager for number of years and may want him to come to utd. It's very common for managers to move to different club and take players with them. It seems to me you're the simpleton here for not thinking this through logically from someone who doesn't follow utd.

His style would definitely suit Utd.

I could see him getting a lot of goals from midfield. Moyes actually said he thought Osman a more useful player and realistic target than Baines, although he did not mention a bid.

Using his Everton contacts this could be a shrewd bit of business and finally Utd fans might stem the flow of scepticism regarding Moyes ability to be a big draw for players!
