If Suarez joins Arsenal before the CL qualifier's, will he be able to play in them? Is he only banned in English Football for 6 games?

Suarez is only banned for Domestic games, meaning he can play in CL qualifers.

When does he have to be registered by to be able to play in the CL? Is it by the qualifier or can players be registered to play in this anytime?

I think that he needs to be registered by this Monday to play in the CL qualifiers. Unlikley me thinks, but you never know.
The draw is on friday - I sincerely hope we avoid Sociedad and PSV.

Someone said its the 15th Aug he needs to be registered by to be able to play in CL qualifiers, not sure how true that is though.
