Dementia

A report by John Beattie for BBC Scotland concerning Dementia in contact sports . It follows research by Dr Willie Stewart , he says Dementia is on the increase , not just boxing but in all contact sports particularly both rugby codes . This comes after a very heavy , high hit by a Catalan forward , on a young Saints player . the Saints player was heavily concussed , & stretchered off . The RFL who had said only a couple of months ago they were going to clamp down on heavy high shoulder hits . They really meant what they said by suspending the Catalan for 3 games !!!!!!.....
