It seems like someone at Rangers is either misinforming Ally, or Ally is misinforming us.
I'm afraid to say it looks like we made a low bid, and didn't want him when told the price, but were happy enough to make it look like we were involved.

Ally talks absolute mince sometimes
he says things then contradicts himself 5 seconds later then says he dosen't know then says he's hopefull
i get the feeling he's telling us what he thinks we want to hear rather than talking the truth
he never seems to give a straight awnser either
he obviously has no say on when to bid for targets or how much will be bid etc
embarrasingly bad so far

Looks like he has knocked back Forest as he thinks he may be 'homesick' and wants to stay in Holland.
I think this is a ruse to get another club interested.
