Generous Beattie dips into his own pocket to pay Accrington's tax bill to save new club from transfer embargo
James Beattie has paid Accrington Stanley’s tax bill out of his own pocket to save the League Two club from a transfer embargo.
Accrington have promised to pay Beattie back after he offered to foot the bill which is believed to run into tens of thousands of pounds.

fair play to him, but lets be honest, its not completely selfless.
Beattie will pay the bill and get the cash back.
however it will allow him to also keep his job.
