Southampton have just signed Osvaldo, matching our transfer record. They looked quite good at tail end of last season,and I reckon they'll be pushing for Europe this season. What I want to know is,why can't we attract a decent owner like the Saints?

Didn't Southampton go into administration. Pay off just a fraction of it debt and drop into league 1 while being picked up at a knock down price?

No. I cant say that southampton are stronger. They still have a wage bill lower than our own and unless the get euro football they cant sustain this.
