Nathan Cleverly defends his WBO light heavyweight title against the big hitting Russian Sergey Kovalev.
This is most definitely the biggest test of Cleverly's career so far. Kovalev carries huge power and has beaten some very good fighters.
None of Kovalev's last ten opponents have seen the final bell, and Cleverly seemingly granite chin will be definitely be tested tonight.
Cleverly has a great engine and will probably out work his opponents in most rounds, and if he can get through the first 3/4 rounds I can't see Nathan losing this one.
What is your opinion on this fight?

Kamran you should have played the role of counter puncher and done a Marquez KO on him like the shot that put Pacquiao to sleep.

Have you ever even been in a fight?

I've been in loads of fights. Love fighting
I don't do any specific type of training. Press ups and punching bags. I'm not in great shape tbh

Watching a few Hopkins interviews, he seems a likable guy.
I'd like to see him fight Kovalev, although he's probably not got enough anymore to get anything from that fight

From the moment this fight was made it was obvious he wouldn't last 6 rounds. Puts the Bellew victory in perspective and also kills a Froch fight.

Awesome performance from the Krusher Kovalev.
Dominated the fight & unleash some heavy hitting on Cleverly.
Cleverly was awful. Allowed Kovalev to dominate.
Cleverly will need to go away & regroup. I hope for his sake he can come back from this.
Sergei Krusher Kovalev now could seriously dominate the Light Heavy division.

Any truth to the rumor...Cleverly had been watching the last Marquez-Manny fight in the dressing room before the fight ???

Any truth in the rumour, that Hopkins pulled a Floyd and ducked Kovalev?
