..decent start although all three points on Saturday would have been great but we must be honest and admit that we are lacking a little quality in certain areas, McDermott is not happy and knows that he needs to bring in a least another two quality players if we are to make a serious challenge..with QPR talking about bringing in Scott Parker it make me worry that we could again see a team like them storming away at the top..another striker is needed and with Morison out no loan and losing Somma we need a player that can make the difference up front..so many times we crossed the ball and there was nobody on the end of it. Another midfielder and another centre half would maybe give us the strength in depth needed....Ipswich will be a toughie and Mick McCarthys teams always make it hard...a draw would be a fair result away but we really need to be taking all the points at places like Ipswich..MOT!

The thing I like is he's building a team, that has to be a good thing.

Haven't seen any prem clubs making offers for our players.
Maybe for byram,but think that was more press rubish than serious offers.

Names Shaun? By that I mean names of those we could afford and get that are any good before 2nd September, otherwise it's status quo and mid-table security to aim for coz this lot ain't up to much more. By Jan we could be well out of it. Some tough games about to come up.
