Finally watched the game last night after work and yes we were awful but pmease remember its only half time and I think some people on here have gone OTT.
First the bad. Fraser Forster needs to get his act together I agree. Izzy needs to practice crossing a ball. The new CB pairing need to be given time to gel and last night was the wrong time to play them together for the first time. Wee Jamsie sbould never have started as he has been off form and we already knew they would knock him over easily....and hes another one who needs to practice his shooting! Ledley poor, Brown tried but was poor. Mulgrew should have been playing CB and looks lost in midfield. Commons was our best player. Sammy. Why the hell is Lenny playing him up front all the time when we all know his strength is the left side of the park?
Lenny made some poor decisions, and the substitutions were a joke too. The good. We had all the possession and most of the shots. I think we just had a bad night and on another night we would have won by a couple of goals. If the board cant see we need a striker now then there is no hope for us.
I think we will hammer them next week. But only if the tactics are right. I even think they will s ore but we will score 4 or 5 because they are a shocking team.
And if we dont win and go through. Only then will I be slamming Lenny and more importantly the board. Its only half time FFS!

I'd be interested to see the bookies odds for next week.
Yes we can score 2 in 90 mins but the difficulty will be keeping the back door shut. They will have chances/half chances from a long throw/punt into the box.
They must watch Stoke City every week in the EPL.

That's the only markets they have priced up, but looking at a couple of similarly priced games tomorrow you'll maybe be looking at 11/2 to win 2-0 and around 9/5ish for a -2 handicap.

Have today I'm quite tempted, that mob were dire. Think you'll get a goal inside the first 15 minutes and they will crumble.
