Macheda

It's Macheda's birthday today, don't really do birthdays but I thought it was a good opportunity to reminisce about his last minute goal against Villa. The timing was impeccable, the circumstances made it exceptional.

Quite possibly my favourite Premier League moment as it not only won the game for United, but also went a long way to winning the league for them at a time when our biggest rivals Liverpool, were breathing right down our necks. And to come from pretty much an unknown kid made it even more special.

Would this be anybody else's favourite Premier League moment? If not, then what would be?? Fans of other teams are also welcome to post their favourite Premier League moment.

How old is the kid?

To answer your question, the best PL moment is probably Agueroooo

But surely that would rank as your worst Premier League moment, Arab???

Best PL moment?

Probably Owens winner against City in the 4-3. I was in a pub that was 50/50 Utd and City and it was insane. A City fan through his pint against the wall and stormed out

Oh for me? For sure, so my personal best would probably be when we beat West Ham after being 2-0 down at Upton Park in 2011. I know it may sound crap to some people, but it was the catalyst in us winning number 19 and finally over coming Liverpool.

It's just before the Premiership was founded but (such an ABL was I at the time), I still reminisce with joy about Michael Thomas' last minute title decider at Anfield in 1989.

This.

The worst? Losing 6-1 to City, or 4-1 to Liverpool

Owen's goal against City won a derby and 3 points. Nothing more although of course it always lovely to stick it to the berties.

Macheda's goal meant A LOT LOT more in the grand scheme of things. But for that strike, the scousers would probably now have 1 PL title to their name.
