Interesting that he didn't play in the Champions League qualifier on Wednesday. Another one of these coincidental injuries maybe?
I've been thinking for the last couple of weeks that this would be a deadline day deal, after Bucharest have qualified (or not) for the Champions League. I'm going to stick by that prediction

I am not fluent in Romanian, but the article apparently says Roma have agreed to sell Lamela to Spurs for 20m.

Strange how Chiriches didn't play as that was the sticking point with their legally challenged owner. Levy must have asked for extra slippery soap in the prison showers

The deal is back on.Evidently, the prison governor gave the club chairman his phone card back so he could call Daniel to agree to the sale. £8 million and a cake with a file in it evidently…
