According to Sam Baldock, quoted in one of the Bristol rags we only know one style of play:
“Every player is briefed on his role in the side and you have to do it a certain way or you are out of the door. They only know one way to play."
Baldock confided: “We can either put everyone behind the ball and adopt a don’t-concede approach, or we can take the game to them and create problems for them."
Unfortunately I (and I guess others on the site) tend to agree - and the problem we have had since Sams departure, is having the ability to convert any of this patient play into goals.
With only having seen one game so far, but listened to others on the radio - we seem to have some interesting youngsters who look threatening on goal - but still no sure fire killer goal scorer.
Do we need more strings to our bow?

Only one way to play?

I guess it depends on the width of your bow. It certain seems to have worked for Swansea and having one approach does have it's benefits, although I prefer a string quartet with variations.

I see Sam has said what I have been aying for 2 seasons, the tactics are too predicatable andwhen a team negates them Rbbo has no plan B to turn the game around.

Well we came back twice so we are half way there. We just need to score more goals than we concede.
