As ever it's not going to be easy, but i'm hoping we can maintain a good start to the season and with Mr McCarthy saying he doesn't see Leeds United as much of a threat this season a bit of egg on his face would go down well
as i'm on nightshift i might be slow to update so feel free to add Team News etc

marko, we won't keep this form up all season, but it's a cracking start, going to enjoy it whilst it lasts!

Agree Jonty. Wonder how long it'll be before he's in
the starting eleven? Hopefully, not long.
Marko, hopefully when Sam gets back, we'll be doing
better.

I imagine when we have Sam back and a couple of wingers we'll be a much more formidable force.
Certainly looked threatening up front today. Think with a bit of tweaking this team may have more goals in it than we first thought!

I think we looked a bit aimless when we had the ball, weren't really going anywhere etc and both our goals were from long shot hit and hopes.
Today they worked for us, but long term I think we need to have more pace and more purpose.
When Poleon came on his pace made a real difference, I think if we can utilise that and have some plan around the area then we could well have a chance of a decent season.

Be nice to think our back four might be clicking with
Sam, Wootton, Pearce, Warnock. Then Austin and Murphy, a new winger, Dom, McC and add Smith later?
Maybe Tonge gets the final spot until the Jan window?
Maybe get a new midfielder and a young goalie. Sell Kenny and Colin's deadwood (I can dream). Go from there for a big BMac finish? Not too shabby.

I think we're still finding our feet.....to have 8 points from 4 games whilst finding your feet is a great start!

It could be far worse. We could have all of BMacs players in and be sitting alongside Barnsley. No that that would ever happen

Something says McD knows what he needs, wingers have been the talk amongst our hiararchy, so with a bit of that I think our front line could do what their meant to!..
And as said, players coming in and returning to the back line!..
Bates could have done something like the same, but he didn't want so now he'll be thinking!..
IF ONLY!.
Or his Mrs'll be beating him with a rolling pin and saying YOU SHOULD AV BLUCKIN LISTENED!.

Excellent result.
Cracking weekend in London too...!
Even got to shake the hand of a Leeds United fan as he ambled across Kingston Bridge on Sunday lunchtime...! Proudly wearing his Leeds Shirt, beaming like a good un...!
