Liverpool vs Aston Villa

Although I wrongly predicted that we would draw our first match of the season I am even less confident for the game today. Although i feel that we are likely to create a plethora of chances the lack of finishing prowess is worrying. villa have a great front three in terms of attacking meaning that the rest of the villa team can concentrate on defending leaving them to attack. Meaning we could find ourselves exposed defensively at times.
However if we want to mount a serious challenge for the champions league positions we need to build momentum from the off to often we only start being consistent in the second half of the season. I reckon this game is going to be difficult and although i hope we win i believe we will draw today.

they destroyed arsenal and pretty much took apart Chelsea who needed the ref to bail them out

I don't think we'll keep a clean sheet but we'll create enough chances to win.

Villa are a good team, we are not that far apart in performance. That having been said, I anticipate a win for Liverpool.

Delighted he's kept Henderson in the team, seems to have learned from his mistakes regarding which games Allen should be playing.
