always felt he had it in him. before that animal crippled him almost he was developing into a very fine player indeed, you could see the class in him. it has taken him time to recover but i have to say it looks like he is back and will make many pundits eat their own words who say he's average at best!

He's not got the killer instinct to play further up the pitch, it was clear to all who watched Arsenal.
It was really ridiculous from Wenger to trust him so much after Fabregas was sold. Especially considering he was coming back from the leg break.

Cannot believe people are still saying he should be our playmaker. It was a disaster in 11/12, for me Aaron's a box to box midfielder not a playmaker.

The Welsh Gerrard has improved so much that we expect it of him every week.
From a broken leg to almost being indispensable.
