What about Michu ?

I think Michu is an absolutely fantastic player, quick, strong, good in the air, scores, tracks back, assists, he really has got the lot.

He's 27 now and in the prime of his career.

If we have £30m in the kitty I would be more than happy to put a £20m bid on the table for him.

Apparently Michu already had offers and chose to stay with Swansea which I feel is the right choice for him. It's all set up there for him to play at his best.

I think Michu is a lump who turns like a train and primarily puts the ball in the net. Not all that.

I don't think he is the type of player we are looking for, Augero is the type of player, but there again do we want another striker ? I don't think so

Michu is not the player we need. Cant put my finger on it, but despite the (now much less frequent) goals, he never seems to put in an outstanding performance. It would be reminiscent of the Carroll, Downing and Henderson transfers if we paid 25 million for him, and I think we could spend that money more usefully.

I don't rate him. Don't get me wrong, he's very good for midtable club.
