i wish the fa would grow a pair, its just gonna take one football organisation to walk away from fifa and the walls will come tumbling down, be it us, germany, spain.

the trouble is though, the FA isn't a lot better. they MAY not be as corrupt, but they're just as inefficient and bumbling.

What people are forgetting is that the whole world has known FIFA are a bunch of untrustworthy dogs for decades and have turned a blind eye to it, because if a member nation had the temerity to challenge FIFA, their national side would be at risk of reprisal which could have far reaching effect on their standing in the game.

The British press has been naming and shaming for some time and you have seen the rewards for this - Other nations will have observed our punishment and will not have the bottle to put their nation at risk of the same despite what gets uncovered - Believe me Blatter will not have enjoyed his recent attention and we will have more to come from him and FIFA

Blatter is worse than Mugabe and Gaddafi put together - I'm guessing he is capable of believing the that the whole world doesn't despise him and that he has not become a laughing stock - The only good news is that one day he will die, because he will never resign or be fired

despite the fact that he has already said that if he gets another term, it will be his last?

Don't get me wrong, i want him out as much as anyone, but to come out with lines like "blatter worse than gaddafi and mugabe put together" is frankly silly. he's a corrupt old man, holding the game back decades, but he's hardly in the warlord category of those two.

Maybe you missed my point - those guys blindly cling to power despite the world saying they should go - Perhaps you could not look into finding holes in peoples posts

If England walked out of FIFA they'd be isolated.
Leaving FIFA would also imply leaving UEFA so, no more World Cups, no more Euros and, probably most importantly, no more Champions League.
Without the prestige and cash that comes with the Champions League it'd become near to impossible to attract top foreign talent and a lot of English talent would head to Italy, Spain and Germany.
The little englanders would argue that "we don't need Johnny Foreigner" and that the passion of English footballers would more than compensate. They'd be wrong. The owners of Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool... are not English and have no desire to see a bunch of passionate English footballers clogging it around every Saturday, they want to massage their egoes and/or bank balances by seeing their star-studded teams competing on the world stage.
They would either up sticks and buy Russian clubs or form their own association as a way of getting back into FIFA, leaving the FA with nothing but a Premier League, that Sky wouldn't pay for, containing top clubs such as Grimsby, Hull and Brighton and Hove bloody Albion.

What happened to innocent before being proven guilty? Or does this not exist to Sepp Blatter becasue the world cup went to Russia. To the rest of the world it just seems like very sour grapes by England.
