It was great to see Jamie Overton being picked for the England squad to take on Australia in the limited overs series. From what I saw of this lad last year, I would firmly say he is the quickest bowler on the English domestic scene.
He performed very well for England U-19's, during the WC last year, seems a pretty strong, bulky lad, who can bowl quick. I recall him hitting 150 with ease last year. And has impressed this year too with his speed.
I know he has a twin brother, who can bowl and bat too, though I think his brother is better with the bat and he is better with the ball. But, both have abilities on both fronts.
I hope he is picked, I would even take him onto the winter Ashes tour, a serious talent for the future.

Looks a very good player Adot, and your right, England are pulling in an excellent crop of young fast bowlers at present. I think Trescothick himself has suggested big things for Overton?

He looks the real deal does Overton, good pace. He can lack control and does have no ball problems but he's full of huge potential, impresses every time I've seen him bowl. Not the fastest on the county circuit though, that seems to belong to mark wood at Durham as he's over 90 mph on a regular basis where as right now Overton is Around 88 to 90 mph. He'll get quicker in time though as he grows, if he has any growth left looking at the size of him.

Tymal mills at Essex looks a cracking prospect. Over 90 mph before he was 20 and is left arm over. Quicker than Overton. A few good left arm bowlers coming through with real talent. We have 3 or 4 out and out quick bowlers coming through, real quick. Looking good.
