Admittedly I wasn't his biggest fan but Gervinho was a useful squad player. Ok his final ball was often terrible but he could easily beat a fullback.
I was quite happy when we let him go because I thought we would be replacing him with quality.
Looking more likely that we have no replacement. What is going on?!

Wait 'til he scores a goal and people start saying we should try to bring him back...

We made money that's gonna give the board a lot of interest
I thought we would of had a replacement by now, or just finishing the deal at the very least, probably p1ssing around over 2 million or something

Ryo is Gervs replacement.
But yes, the mass exodus without getting in a few replacements is strange.
For me the strangest is letting two CBs go on loan while we have a defensive injury crisis. Neither Miquel and Djourou have a long term future at Arsenal, but surely having players trained to play CB as cover is better than being an injury or 2 away from having to chuck in unnatural CBs.

Gervinho was terrible, truly embarrassed to pay £50 + for a ticket, to watch him appear for us, couldn't be any more mugged off if I tried.
And as for all this malarkey about his confidence, that's tough luck. It's part and parcel of being a professional footballer on 50k a week.

all the WOBS have crawled out of the woodwork today. What has made them so sick in the head?

Im not a wenger out guy but im certainly not a AKB man. I just want sensible decisions. Its not like we are running a tight budget!
