Hi RDBD.............................................Last I heard everything was supposedly on schedule, with the planning permissions & final compulsory purchases happening in the next few weeks.

Work should be commencing around middle to end of October, although some initial work has already commenced. We are not allowed to do major works like foundations until all the t's are crossed and the i's dotted!

Incidentally, I believe a large chunk of the Bale money will go into the NPD pot. The money we are currently spending is current TV money & some additional money from Joe Lewis.
