Greetings Fellow Ziggers.
Well after that little slip up the other day, I hope we've got our shooting boots on, as I believe they can be there for the taking.
On one hand, their defence has been found to be a little slow. Then they will look at this fixture n think they can get something out if it. Which will play into our hands as I believe Theo, Cotterill n Copps could have a field day.
Guna stick my neck out n say 5 nil to the mighty Ziggers, Theo first scorer, Browny as second choice.
Would like Duffy to start, as I can see him being a big influence on this game as his skill of running at defenders with the ball will give them nightmares.
Onwards n Upwards, leagues more important than the cup

Rovers 3 Bournemouth 1.
Brownie first goal.
Looks like the dirty Leeds player may have put Copps out of this game.

Rovers convincing win for me. As easy as the Blackburn game and the same score 2.0. The Corporal to score first.

Great expectations abound. Let us hope that the team are not over-confident. I'll go for a modest 1-0. Bournemouth may have let in a few lately, but I don't see them as a pushover. I'll say Robinson for the goal.

superwhites - nice to communicate with you again.
So Leeds rested six players, i dare say that Leeds have a far bigger squad than us which makes that possible.
By comparison we are a much smaller club.
Leeds won the game fair and square, no complaints from me except that Smith fouled our player in scoring the second goal.
As for the foul on Coppinger, well i dont know whether you were at the game of course, but if you had been you would know that Pearce's tackle was worthy of a straight red and the ref bottled making that decision.
If we made more fouls than Leeds in the game they were the usual type of stuff, nothing like the assasination attempt made by Pearce.
Now that was at 0-0.
What might have happened had justice been administered by the ref?
