Alrite folks....
Does anyone on here live, or has previously lived, in a first floor flat above a pub? Should this be avoided? Is it noisy? If the pub does karaoke would I hear it through the floor?
Flat above a pub...noisy?

Check the area price out with other similar flats not above a pub.
If it isn't well cheaper don't touch it.
When you come to sell it folk will want to pay under the odds.
Having said that.
I publicly apologise to the 0.24 million flat owners above pubs i"ve piised aff in the 40 years I've been an alky.

Mighty Quinn,
It's the same price as a couple of flats sold at the same address 3 years ago... and one was sold for 40 grand more, 5 years ago!
It's 10 grand cheaper than a few flats up the street away from the pub...
