Hi guys
With the transfer deadline only hours away,is anyone concerned with our striking options?
We only have small strikers in that position. Soldado & Defoe.
I believe we need a different option,a target man, whom either of the two,can play off,if we are struggling for goals.
We have no one to hold the ball up or get on the end of high crosses into the box!
But who are the options though,at this late hour?
There's interest in Hulk. Could he be the other option?
Thoughts..
A Different Option Upfront

I think Soldado has a reasonable turn of pace. He's chased a few things down pretty quickly. If you're judging him against Bale, Lennon etc then yeah he's not as fast.
But he's no Kranjcar.

I think the interest on Hulk is being generated entirely by his own agent.
Looks like Ade isn't going anywhere soon so he's a back up , but as someone else has said, Lamela and Eriksen should provide plenty of the right ammo for Soldado and Defoe

We seem to be scoring well in the EL though, if only we could transfer it over to the PL. Why score well in one and not the other? We do need another striker.

Tbilisi are rubbish Dawn, we had plenty of time and space against them.. plenty to be done on the training ground.

Can we please stop all the panicking about strikers. Spurs have Soldado, Defoe and Ade, all more than capable of hitting the net. FFS the season is barely up and running and everybody is feccccking moaning already.
