This would be great news for us. It could make the difference to getting a big signing up front. I'd settle for Crouch and Defoe myself plus one world class NEW STRIKER and Coulib...the new kid...and Kane as wild cards (get rid of Pav - doesn't work with VDV plus Crouch and Defoe can play together for the half season VDV will be out).

Plus we need Defoe and Crouch at present as 'homegrowns' don't we?

Robbie should get a good send off. He's scored a lot of good goals for us and given a hefty chunk of his career to Spurs so for that I'm grateful.
I'd like to see him playing regularly as coming off the bench and playing a bit part in matches is rarely conducive to good performances
